SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.  (Monday through Friday). We are closed on saturdays Sundays and holidays. Once order is shipped, tracking numbers will be sent out via email or text. Orders are shipped Standard USPS priority 2-4 business days not including holidays or weekends. International shipping is 7-21 business days.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

*Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting any returns/exchanges at this time*

We hope you love your items babe! Any APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit only! we do not process REFUNDS, (If you ordered the wrong item and or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee.  

 

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, If the wrong shoe was sent to you we will cover shipping.

 

 

If an item happens to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days After delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry

 


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.

 

If you happen to return any package over $75, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance from the carrier in which you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us.
